Shipping

We offer global free shipping on all orders over $100. Flat-rate shipping ($9.95) is applied to domestic and international orders under $100. *International shipping does not include duties and taxes your country may incur at the time of arrival.

The carriers used are USPS and UPS. USPS domestic first class shipments range from 1-4 days. International shipments average 7-14 days not including customs.

Our items are made-to-order. We are the manufacturer. Some items will require you to select your preferred production timeline. “Standard” production is 30 days. “Rush” production is 10 days. Some lifestyle and performance pieces from the CRUZ CMBT catalog may not offer “standard” or “rush” options. Those items run on an automatic 10 day production schedule.

Custom and wholesale orders:

"Standard" orders are ready to ship in 30 days. "Rush!" orders are ready to ship in 10 days. Ready to ship does not mean order will be "in-hands". For quicker turnaround have any artwork, you will be providing, ready to submit. We will not start production of your order until the pattern layout we provide has been reviewed and approved by you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, stolen packages, and/or replacement of lost orders submitted with the incorrect shipping address.

Note: Since we are the manufacturer, we have the ability to execute custom orders very quickly. If you have a rush order that needs to be bumped up a few days please give us a call before you place your order. We will happy to check our rush upgrade availability.
